Analog - VOM

Volt-Ohm-Milliammeter * Temperature - A.C. Amps

This unit ships with Test leads, manual, all five batteries and a thermocouple lead and spring clip.

The Tri-color Taut Band Suspension meter has the addition of a temperature scale,

and an Amp-Clamp scale. The decibel (DB) scale is not used on this meter.

Controls include: Ohms zero adjustment, AC - DC - select, a 12 position Function / Range

selector switch, and eight recessed probe jacks.  The top left jack is for use with the Thermocouple

lead assembly, Catalog Number 00163. The 10 Amp scale is not available on this unit.

The lower right two jacks are for use with an optional Model 150 Amp-Clamp.

The printed circuit board looks like it was made around the same time as the Simpson 260 Series 5.

Note the "Adapter Lock" on the case back, This unit will not work with the Add-A-Testers,

The jacks on the bottom right are for an A.C. Amp adapter only.

The batteries used in this model are a single "D" cell, plus four "AA" batteries, there are two "AA"

below the "D" and one "AA" on each side.  The batteries can be installed without 

doing anything but removing the back of the case.
