We had the cross bars added to the roof rack, only the side rails are installed at the factory.
A optional cargo cover and front license plate holder was also added.

A full size spare tire is located under the cargo area floor, it is mounted on a plain steel wheel.

The base engine for this model is a 4.0 liter I-6 (242 cu in.)
This engine develops 195 hp @ 4600rpm, 230 lbft of torque @ 3000 rpm.
More information for the Techies, this Jeep has a:
Dana 30 - 186mm Front Axle / Dana 35C - 194mm Rear Axle / 3.55 Axle Ratio / NV 242 Transfer Case
Four Speed 42RE Automatic Transmission / 136 Amp Alternator / 16 Inch Alloy Wheels

The console houses the shifters for the Select-Trac drive system which allows for two wheel drive
or four wheel drive modes. Included are two wheel drive, full or part-time four wheel drive,
four wheel drive low and a neutral position for being towed.

The factory radio includes CD changer controls, we have added a Kenwood KDC-C669 6-disc changer
and placed it in the stock location in the cargo area. One cable runs from the factory radio back to the
changer, and it just rests in the pocket. The only modification done was to drill a one inch hole in the pocket
for the cable to run through. The CD changer is accessible even with the cargo cover fully extended.

The rear seats are a 60/40 split bench that folds down for increased cargo area. The front has a drivers
side power seat. Ash trays and lighters are a thing of the past, now they are called a "Smokers Package"
and must be ordered as an option. Two cup holders for the rear seat slide out from the bottom of the
center console. This interior color is known as "Dark Slate Gray".
